Use of Am, is, are and
Formula: – Subject + am/is/are + article + Object (Noun, Adj., Adv.).
Affirmative Sentence (सकारात्मक वाक्य)

मै एक लड़का हूँ। I am a boy.
मै एक कवि हूँ। I am a poet.
मै एक विद्यार्थी हूँ। I am a student.
आप एक किसान हैं। You are a farmer.
आप एक शिक्षक हैं। You are a teacher.
आप एक डॉक्टर हैं। You are a doctor.
तुम एक नौकर हो। You are a servent.
तुम एक छात्र हो। You are a student.
वह एक नर्स है। She is a nurse.
वह एक कलाकार है। He is an artist.
वह एक गायिका है। She is a singeress.
वह एक अभियंता है। He is an engineer.
वे एक शिक्षक है। They are a teacher.
राम एक नेता है। Ram is a leader.
मोहन एक डाकिया है। Mohan is a postman.
राम और मोहन किसान हैं। Ram and Mohan are farmers.

हमलोग शिक्षक हैं। We are teachers.

Use of Am, is, are With Negative Sentence
Formula: – Subject + am/is/are + not + Object (Noun, Adj., Adv.).
Negative Sentence (नकारात्मक वाक्य)

मैं तैयार नहीं हूँ। I am not ready.
हमलोग बेईमान नहीं हैं। We are not honest.
हमलोग पागल नहीं हैं। You are not mad.
तुम भूखे नहीं हो। You are not hungry.
तुमलोग गलत नहीं हैं। You are not wrong.
आपलोग गरीब नहीं हैं। You are not poor.
वह डरपोक नहीं है। He is not timid.
वह अच्छी नहीं है। She is not good.
सीता कुरूप नहीं है। Sita is not ugly
वे लोग मुर्ख नहीं हैं। They are not foolish.
पिताजी तैयार नहीं है। Father is not ready.
बच्चे भूखे नहीं हैं। Children are hungry.
राम और श्याम तैयार नहीं हैं। Ram and Shyam are not ready.
मैं चोर नहीं हूँ। I am not a thief.
